VAADA was born from a new beginning. When our family arrived in Miami, we brought with us a name that holds everything we represent: Valentina, Adriana, Antonio, Del Dago Alegre. Four letters, one family, one shared dream of building something beautiful.
After four years between Washington D.C. and Atlanta, Miami became our home and the natural birthplace of our studio. But the journey to Vaada began long before that.
In Spain, I worked alongside one of the most prestigious luxury real estate firms, where I discovered something consistent across every high-end client: they didn’t just want a property, they wanted a home. Request after request came in for renovations, decoration and spaces that truly reflected who they were. An idea that never left me, and that I pursued with great love.
When we moved to the United States, I channeled that passion into transforming our own homes, developing a deep eye for the American market, its rhythms, its aesthetics, its materials. I then spent three years with a highly successful furniture and design company, immersing myself in how design works in this country, before taking the leap to build something of our own.
In 2021, Vaada was born. From day one, it has been a true family business. My husband, my daughter and I are partners in this studio, because at Vaada, family is the foundation of everything we create.
Today, from our studio in Miami, FL, we design refined, timeless interiors for clients across the United States, Ecuador and Spain, bringing the same warmth, elegance and personal attention to every project, no matter where in the world it takes us.
